By category: painting and filling from €120, laying laminate from €12/m² (underlay and skirting as separate lines), small repairs after tenants from €40, furniture assembly and adjustment from €30, bathroom (silicone, grout) from €150, shelves, curtain rails, TV from €30. We give an exact price from a photo and list.
Can I order just part of the work?
Yes. Send a list of what needs fixing or doing — we will quote from a photo and do it all in one visit.
Can you do everything turnkey?
Yes, comprehensively — all the jobs listed on the page, we choose masters for the scope. Major renovation, layout changes, new electrics, gas and pipe replacement are not part of this service.
What makes up the laminate price?
Laying laminate — from €12/m² on a ready, even base; underlay — from €4/m²; fitting skirting — from €6/running m; subfloor prep, leveling and repair — separately, by photo.
Do you work with short-term rental apartments?
Yes, we prepare apartments for short-term rental.
Can you come regularly, between tenants?
Yes, we can come between tenants by arrangement. If you let several apartments, see "For companies".
Who buys the materials?
Materials and tools — by agreement, before work starts.
Can you do it without me being there, using keys?
Yes, we will agree how the master gets into the apartment and who gets the keys back.
