For furniture companies

Installation for furniture companies

We install your furniture at your clients' sites the way you would yourselves — carefully, from drawings, and on behalf of your company. We know production from the inside, so on site we don't look for who's at fault — we solve it.

How we work

How we work at your site

What the installer brings: Laser level, cordless tools and jigs, wall fixings, floor protection and shoe covers; clean-up after the job.

  • On behalf of your company

On site, we're your people. Questions about the piece go to you first. We talk to the client calmly, without discussing production or looking for who's at fault. Anything disputed, we photograph and check with you — the decision is the company's.

  • On-site finishing

Custom furniture and semi-finished pieces are normal. We don't just assemble — we finish the piece on site: trimming, fitting it to the wall and ceiling, drilling for fittings, adjusting — within what's agreed with you. Anything complex we discuss beforehand by photo or drawing.

  • For real walls and floors

Laser level, leveling, fitting to uneven walls, fasteners matched to the wall type: concrete, brick, aerated concrete, drywall.

  • From your drawings

We work from drawings, sketches and specifications. Tools, fixtures and fasteners are chosen for the project, not a "standard kit".

  • Clean at your client's

Shoe covers, floor protection, cleanup after the job. Hauling away packaging — by agreement.

  • Reporting to you

Photos after installation and any site notes go to you, not the client. Format by agreement.

  • We stand behind our installation

If anything from our work has loosened, shifted or stopped closing properly, we'll come back and fix it free of charge. We state the guarantee period in the order confirmation. The guarantee doesn't cover defects in the furniture or appliances themselves — those are covered by the manufacturer's warranty — or damage from misuse.

Experience from the inside

Not just installers

We're not just installers. Our team has experience in cabinet and built-in furniture and kitchen production. We know how furniture is designed, cut and assembled, so we understand where deviations come from and solve them on site, without putting your company in a bad light.

Every master has 10+ years of furniture installation experience.

How we work out the price

One-off jobs

We work out the price by task and scope and confirm it before the visit.

For recurring types of work we agree a separate price list and scheduling terms.

Complex sites

If several masters, materials or stages are needed, we prepare a separate proposal.

On-site finishing — by agreement, before work starts.

Documents and payment

Documents and payment terms

  • A work completion certificate — when needed
  • If your company needs an invoice, mention it in your request. We agree the specialist, paperwork and payment terms before work starts.
