Installation guarantee
If anything from our work has loosened, shifted or stopped closing properly, we'll come back and fix it free of charge. We state the guarantee period in the order confirmation. The guarantee doesn't cover defects in the furniture or appliances themselves — those are covered by the manufacturer's warranty — or damage from misuse.

We connect plug-in appliances to an existing socket. If a hob or oven needs to be wired directly or a new socket is needed, a qualified electrician does this. We arrange it ourselves, no need for you to find one.

Gas appliances — we don't do this kind of work ourselves, but we work with trusted specialists. If you'd like, we'll pass your request on and they'll contact you directly.

We go through the description and photos, clarify the task, assign the right master and prepare the tools for your task.
The visit and the work.
The master arrives with the tools needed for the agreed task, does the work, adjusts and checks the result.
If materials or extra steps are needed.
We can help choose and buy them — terms are agreed in advance. Non-standard materials, rework or an extra visit are agreed separately, before the work is done.
Why there’s a minimum order.
Even a small task needs preparation: we clarify the terms, plan the visit, assign the right master and put together the tools. If a few small jobs can be done in the same visit, it’s cheaper to combine them into one list.
Since the master is already coming to you — if there's another small adjustment, a shelf, a mirror or another task, add it to your request. We'll see what makes sense to do in the same visit.

We assign a master with the right specialization for the task. For a larger or more complex job, several specialists may come to the site. We confirm the scope and terms in advance.

What's included in the job?
Removing the old appliance, adjusting the niche if needed, installation, connecting to existing connection points, testing.
I need a new socket — can you do that?
We connect appliances to connection points that already exist. A new socket is installed by a qualified electrician — we arrange this ourselves, no need for you to find one.
Can you replace a gas hob?
No. Only a licensed specialist connects gas appliances.
The new appliance doesn't fit the old niche?
We adjust the niche if that is possible without rebuilding the cabinet — that is the "whether the niche needs adjusting" factor in the price. We will tell you from a photo in advance.
What should I photograph for a quote?
The niche with the door open (showing the socket and hoses), the appliance itself or its model, and a general view of the kitchen.
Do I need to be home and shut off the water?
Being home — yes. Do not shut off the water under the sink yourself if you are not sure where the valve is — the master will do it.
