Terms
Version 2026-10-25, 2026-10-25
1. Who carries out the work
For private clients, the work is carried out by Konstantin Tokarenko — private individual trading via an entrepreneur account (ettevõtluskonto), not VAT-registered, Tallinn. Postal address for letters and claims: Auna 9-12, Tallinn. Email: master@montagetallinn.ee. Phone: +372 5191 9241.
For companies: Plaadiriik OÜ, reg. code 17482204, not VAT-registered. Invoices for companies are issued by Plaadiriik OÜ. The executor and payment terms for an order with a company invoice are agreed before work starts.
2. How an order is placed
You send the task — through the website form, by phone, or on WhatsApp. We assess the scope and give a price. The scope of work, price, and timing are agreed with you before work starts — by message or in a quote. That is our contract.
3. Price
- Prices on the site are price-list guides.
- The minimum order is €80.
- The exact price is set after an assessment by photo or on site.
- If additional work turns out to be needed on site, we first show and explain it and agree the price. We never do or charge for additional work without your consent.
4. Payment
Payment: bank transfer or cash to the technician after the work is done. If materials, advance purchasing, or multiple stages are involved, we agree on the payment arrangement in advance. For companies — payment only against a Plaadiriik OÜ invoice.
5. Your furniture, appliances and materials
Items, appliances and materials you bought yourself are assembled and installed by us according to the manufacturer's instructions and the agreed task. Factory defects, shortfalls, and delivery damage are the seller's or manufacturer's responsibility. If we notice this, we photograph it and tell you right away so you can file a claim with the seller.
6. Warranty on installation
We stand behind our installation work. If anything we installed has loosened, shifted, or isn't working the way it should, we'll come back and fix it. The warranty covers our work (fastening, installation, adjustment), not the item, material, or manufacturer's fittings themselves. Terms for a specific order are in the order confirmation.
7. If something is damaged during the work
If your property is damaged through our fault during the work, let us know, ideally with a photo. We will look into it and offer a solution: fix it, replace it, or compensate you.
8. Rescheduling and cancellation
If your plans change, let us know as early as possible and we'll reschedule.
If you are a consumer and the order was placed remotely (via the site, by phone, on WhatsApp) or away from our business premises, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. If you asked us to start work earlier, the part already completed is paid for on withdrawal. Once the work has been fully completed at your request, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
9. Work by specialist contractors
Some tasks are carried out by specialist contractors:
- connecting to 230V wiring;
- gas;
- major plumbing;
- furniture restoration and reupholstery.
We arrange this work and agree the timing. It is carried out, documented, and warranted by the specialist (their company) themselves, under their own contract or invoice. We forward your request to the specialist only with your consent.
Work by a specialist we find for you is done under their own agreement with you: they agree the price, timing and guarantee with you and invoice you directly.
The electrical portion of the work is performed and documented by a qualified electrician, under their own contract or invoice. Montage Tallinn arranges the work and agrees the timing.
10. Photos of the work
We publish photos of completed work on the website and Montage Tallinn's profiles only with your consent. No faces, addresses, or house numbers — only the district.
11. Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong, write to master@montagetallinn.ee or WhatsApp, ideally with a photo. We will respond and offer a solution. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) — ttja.ee. Your statutory consumer rights under Estonian law remain in full effect.
12. Language and changes
These terms are published in Estonian, Russian, and English. In case of discrepancy, the Estonian text prevails. The version published on the date your order is confirmed applies to your order.
